Phil's comment: This is fantastic news for the Island of Curacao and I am a little flattered....a "Cruise Village" is being built in Willemstad and hopefully this will be the first of many across the world. As cruising becomes more popular globally, it is a great concept from the island and we will be watching this with great interest.
