Royal Caribbean have announced that the second keel has been laid for their new Oasis-class ship.

I am pleased to say that the keel for the second mammoth Oasis-class cruise ship from Royal Caribbean International has been laid at a shipyard in Finland this week.
The keel laying ceremony for the 5,400-passenger Allure of the Seas marks the placement of the first block in the dry dock where the ship will begin to take shape.
Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas will share the title "the world's largest cruise ship" with her sister vessel Oasis of the Seas.
The 220,000-ton Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas will both sail from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Phil's comment: I like many of you are waiting in anticipation of seeing the Worlds Largest Cruise Ship sail from her shipyard to Port Everglades in Florida late next year. You can find all the details of Oasis of the Seas online at www.royalcaribbeandeals.co.uk
