Carnival UK brands rated among top five cruise lines in passenger poll

A leading retailer has polled passenger reviews with superb results for Carnival UK brands.

Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, Ocean Village and P&O Cruises have been rated among the top five cruise lines. Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 was also voted the number one ship and five other ships from the P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises brands were placed in the top 10.

Carnival UK managed 3 ships in the top 10 for each category, and  take note of this... taking six places in the top 10 for food, and five places in the top 10 for shore excursions, activities and cabins. No mean feat!

Carnival UK commercial director, Nigel Esdale, said:

"It is very rewarding to see such positive passenger feedback. Huge effort goes into ensuring we fulfil the high expectations of our passengers across the spectrum of our brands, and these results clearly show that we are doing this well.

"We have the country’s leading and best known cruise brands and provide an unparalleled level of choice in terms of destination, cruise experience and price – allowing customers to choose the cruise for them without compromise.

"There is no greater sales tool than word of mouth and the online community plays a huge role in this. We are delighted that so many of our passengers had an enjoyable holiday with us, and that they would recommend us to others. This is an achievement of which we are rightly proud and we will not rest on our laurels, but constantly look to enhance and improve our product."

Phil's comment: A very interesting report and no doubt Carnival UK will be extremely pleased with these results. Once again it just goes to show, the cruise industry continues to excel in terms of food, service and accommodation.
