Phil's comment: I picked this up from a press release from our friends at Viking River Cruises and I think it is an interesting story. It was titled - What's in a name? 

Basically it tells you why Viking made the changes to its Russian program and I am sure the upgrades will benefit all future Viking passengers and certainly our Cruise Village river cruisers..!!
