Hi Phil, that sounds like a very good write up for Ventura and I'm sure coming from you it's the truth. As an ex-stewardess, that flight sounds absolutely terrible. Maybe the crew hates cruise passengers, as we used to hate ski passengers! But that's no reason for bad service or rudeness. Jean
