I booked a cruise on the ventrua last year only to find that I could now get a better grade cabin for £1800.00 less. I would have thought P&O would have offered an upgrade to the clients that have booked before offering better cabins at better prices. I wrote and asked them. I had a lot of woffle back but what it boiled down to is, we got your money we couldn't care less about you. We are gold members and are now thinking of not useing P&O any more.
