Yes P&O are good at WOFFLE, when you get a reply from P&O they discount your views and in a roundabout way they tell you that they know best, ( as you are only a customer) Well I don't agree and I vote with my feet and although I use P&O on occasions the vast majority of our cruising is now done on competitor ships. As P&O say "Theres a world out there" tell them ( P & O ) you are dissatisfied, and will move to other ships many of which are better.
